Meet Ms. Lydia
This is my second year of teaching. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in December of 2013 with a bachelor degree in Elementary Education. I substituted in Edmonson County and Warren County for six months, and I have gotten to meet and work with some of you before. I look forward to the many new experiences that we will have this year.
I was born and raised in Edmonson County, and I continue to live on my family's farm in the Chalybeate area. I live with my parents and one of my sisters, Madeline. I have a tri-colored Border Collie puppy named Duke. He's a ball of fun and a bundle of fur! I am very proud of my family, and you will hear me talk about them often in school.
For fun I like to read, craft, and run/walk 5ks with my school teammates and my sisters. We have a ton of fun! I also love to travel! We took several fifth and sixth graders and their families to Washington, DC this past Spring! Keep an eye out for more information on our next trip!
If you have any questions of concerns, please feel free to contact me by phone at school or using the convenient form on the homepage.
